Information collection will be via email, by letter, telephone calls, meetings, by referral, from questionnaires, and in person.   

Data storage and usage, we use secure cloud-based electronic medical record software storage, recognised by ICO for the storing of documents, pictures, and videos. This electronic medical record system adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018) and Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We use password protected mobile phones, laptops, and computers. We will not distribute or lease personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We will never pass on any information we hold about any of our clients to any third party. We will not use any information we hold on you for any commercial gain. We will not use any information we hold to use for any unsolicited marketing to you unless we have your express agreement in advance.  

Security Measures to comply with Data Protection Laws (GDPR 2018), we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have highly secure electronic systems which adheres to full GDPR regulations and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.   

Information access, you may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you would like a copy of the information held on your child, please contact the company director Lindsey Hopkinson via email through the website link requesting data release.  

Information storage duration, your data will be kept throughout the period of our working relationship. Following this, information will be kept for 7 years following their 18th birthday, unless upon review it is deemed necessary to retain it for a longer period. Once your child is discharged we shall archive your child’s file.  

How you can opt-out and request to be deleted from our files, all marketing materials and information are provided with the opt-out facility. You may request to withdraw or be deleted from our files by contacting the company director Lindsey Hopkinson via email through the website link requesting data to be deleted.  

Contact & Communication, users contacting this website, and/or its owners do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Your personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use.
